Whether you're assisting with resident inquiries, managing building access, or addressing security concerns, you'll play a key role in protecting people, property, and the community.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in Canada
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Hold a valid BC security license
Strong report writing skills
Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
Strong proficiency with technology
Ability to stand and walk throughout shift

Responsibilities

Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
Control access to secure areas and check visitor identification
Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
Work with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
Monitor and control access to the property : verify visitors, contractors, and deliveries
Maintain detailed visitor and parcel logs
Receive parcels and ensure secure handling and notification procedures
Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with residents and management
Maintain a clean and professional work environment inside the security office
