We are seeking a Residential Sales Specialist who thrives on speed, follow-up, and closing business. This role is responsible for managing new inbound and outbound sales opportunities, developing estimates, and consistently following up to drive decisions. You will play a critical role in ensuring no opportunity is missed and that prospects receive a seamless, professional experience from first contact to close. This is a results-driven sales role focused on pipeline management, responsiveness, and conversion.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, inside sales, or high-volume follow-up roles
  • Strong closing instincts and comfort asking for the business
  • Excellent communication and responsiveness
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities at once without dropping the ball
  • Self-motivated and driven by results
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
  • CRM software: 2 years (Required)
  • Sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Drivers License (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Landscaping or home services experience is a plus, but not required
  • Landscaping: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and new inquiries
  • Conduct site visits and assess customer needs
  • Build and deliver clear, accurate estimates
  • Manage and sell enhancement-only projects for new customers
  • Identify opportunities to expand scope and increase value
  • Own follow-up on all assigned estimates
  • Maintain consistent communication until a decision is made
  • Proactively overcome objections and guide prospects to close
  • Handle full-property estimates for smaller-scale opportunities
  • Ensure scopes are accurate, complete, and aligned with client expectations
  • Maintain a clean, organized pipeline in CRM
  • Track all opportunities from lead to close
  • Provide visibility into activity, follow-up, and results
