This sales position earns an expected total compensation between $75,000 - $100,000 annually, including a competitive base salary, performance-based incentives, and a monthly bonus opportunity. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESIDENTIAL SALES SPECIALIST REPRESENTATIVE The Residential Sales Specialist is responsible for generating new residential and small business customers through direct, face-to-face, door-to-door sales within assigned neighborhoods. This is a field-based sales position that requires daily neighborhood canvassing, engaging prospective customers at their homes and businesses, and building relationships within the communities served by United Fiber. The Residential Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving monthly sales goals through personal sales performance while helping develop and refine United Fiber's neighborhood sales strategies, processes, and best practices. This position plays a key role in expanding United Fiber's customer base by delivering an exceptional customer experience and promoting the value of fiber broadband services.
