About The Position

ARS of Illinois is seeking ambitious Residential Sales Representatives to help homeowners find the right comfort solutions. As part of the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, you'll have the support, training, and opportunities needed to build a highly rewarding career. This is a performance-driven sales role designed for closers who thrive in a consultative, one-call sales environment. Warm leads are provided, eliminating the need for cold calling, prospecting, or canvassing. You will have the opportunity to recommend solutions from 3 leading HVAC brands that fit every home's needs and budget. The role offers uncapped commissions and weekly settlements (draw against commission).

Requirements

• Prior in-home sales experience (window/siding/door/flooring work perfect).
• One-call close experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to access attics on hot days and crawlspaces in cold or wet conditions to inspect existing equipment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
