About The Position

Beutler Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a motivated Plumbing Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to advance your career and control your earning potential by selling water heaters, tankless water heaters, and water systems. The company provides all leads, eliminating the need for cold calling or canvassing, and focuses on closing opportunities with new and existing customers in their homes.

Requirements

Residential plumbing knowledge.
Familiarity with gas, electric, and tankless water heater solutions.
In-home sales or one-call-close experience preferred, in a residential in-home environment.
Must pass background check, MVR check and drug screening.
Strong communication, consultative sales skills, and product presentation ability.

Responsibilities

Act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers.
Drive to sales locations and meet with current and potential customers in their homes.
Evaluate customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
Focus on relationship selling and earning repeat business through excellent performance in a one-call-close setting.
Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through high performance and excellent customer service.
