About The Position

Residential Sales Consultant (Design Consultant) for Renewal by Andersen in Eastern Georgia. This is a full-time role focused on sales closing, with uncapped earnings potential. The company provides pre-confirmed and set appointments, eliminating the need for cold calling or project management. Consultants will travel locally to in-home consultations with homeowners. The role offers world-class training, a proven sales system, and the opportunity to work with a trusted brand.

Requirements

  • Competitive mindset and a strong drive to win

  • Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays (when homeowners are home)

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of in-home or consultative sales experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Travel to 1-2 in-home appointments per day (no cold calls or door knocking)
  • Present tailored solutions using dynamic product demos
  • Educate, engage, and guide customers toward confident decisions
  • Close deals in a one-call consultative sale using our proven sales methodology
