Responsibilities
- Take daily ownership of your territory and be accountable for hunting additional business opportunities while also servicing company-provided leads
- Grow your pipeline through self-gen, referrals, networking, and community presence
- Assess prospects’ needs, conduct in-home water tests and present tailored solutions to homeowners that will address their concerns
- Apply proven sales strategies to closer more sales and write bigger tickets = earn higher commissions
- Utilize follow-up techniques with customers that previously purchased to inquire about additional equipment opportunities, as well as referral opportunities
- Establish trust and long-term relationships with homeowners
- Partner with internal service and installation teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Track your activity and results to stay aligned with your goals
- Provide weekly updates, activities & pipeline opportunities to Sales Manager
