About The Position

We are actively placing mortgage loan officers and sales leaders with lender partners across the country. We offer platforms built for producers who are tired of slow operations, limited products, and compensation that doesn't match their effort. Our lender partners provide a wide range of loan products, solid operational and underwriting support, personal branding tools and marketing, and competitive compensation.

Requirements

• Active NMLS License (Required)
• 2+ years of recent residential mortgage origination experience (for Loan Officers)
• 3+ years of retail or P&L management experience (for Sales Leaders)
• A book of business you've built yourself
• Working knowledge of federal and state lending regulations

Responsibilities

• Close more deals by leveraging platforms designed for producers.
• Focus on clients and pipeline management with strong operational and underwriting support.
• Utilize personal branding tools and marketing to stay top-of-mind with clients.
• Manage a book of business and originate residential mortgage loans.
• Adhere to federal and state lending regulations.
