• Conducting 2-3 roof, gutter, and siding inspections daily.
• Consulting with homeowners and providing expert solutions.
• Generating 20-30% of leads (with a 1% commission bonus).
• Mastering paperwork.
• Building lasting relationships with clients through annual check-ins.
