Mr. Handyman is seeking skilled craftsman to join their growing team of professionals. They are looking for individuals who can perform a wide range of home repair and maintenance tasks while providing excellent customer service. Requirements
- Live within the area.
- Have 8+ years’ experience as a paid handyman.
- Own your own tools.
- Be insurable for driving a company vehicle.
- Complete a background and driving record check.
- Able to lift 50 pounds independently.
- Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time.
- Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle.
- Strong proficiency in at least three (3) of the following: Carpentry work, Bathroom improvements, Kitchen improvements, Painting (inside and out), Drywall work (minor and major repairs), General plumbing and electrical (where allowed by law), Floor installation and refurbishing.
- Familiar with building codes.
- Ability to use technology.
- Ability to document jobs following the "Mr. Handyman Way" process.
- Ability to wear proper PPE and booties to protect customer homes.

Responsibilities
- Completing small to medium maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects, with project lengths ranging from two hours to two days.
- Communicating with customers to explain necessary work, manage expectations regarding scope and costs.
- Delivering an excellent customer experience to foster repeat business, following the "Mr. Handyman Way" process.
- Encouraging customers to complete satisfaction surveys and achieving high response and satisfaction rates.
- Identifying opportunities to provide additional services to customers.
- Invoicing appropriately, sourcing materials, and collecting payments.
- Ensuring work is done correctly the first time to meet a one-year guarantee.
