About The Position

West Shore Home is a leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Flooring, Windows, and Doors. With over 40 locations nationwide and more than 3,000 employees, we are dedicated to bringing happiness to every home. The Installer will be responsible for performing safe and effective installations according to Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol, while ensuring a 5-star customer experience. This role involves assisting with bathroom and shower remodels, including demo, installation of new tubs or pans, wall surrounds, and plumbing updates, as well as thorough cleanup and collection of paperwork and payment.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol.
• Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
