About The Position

West Shore Home is a leading home improvement company specializing in bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. This position focuses on the installation of showers and baths. The Installer will be responsible for performing safe and effective installations according to company procedures, ensuring a 5-star customer experience. This role involves assisting with installations, loading materials, traveling to customer homes, performing the necessary remodeling tasks, cleaning the work area, and handling paperwork and payments.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol.
• Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
