About The Position

West Shore Home is a leading home improvement company specializing in bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. We are a technology-driven company with over 40 locations nationwide and more than 3,000 employees. The Installer will be responsible for performing safe and effective installations according to company procedures and PPE protocols, while ensuring a 5-star customer experience. This role involves arriving at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, traveling to customer homes, greeting customers, demoing existing baths/showers, installing new tubs or pans, wall surrounds, and updating plumbing as needed. The role also includes thorough cleanup, collecting paperwork and payment, and returning to the warehouse.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol.
• Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
