About The Position
Peachford Hospital is opening an off-site residence to support adult outpatient program (PHP) patients. This is a part-time position with benefits, focusing on providing a caring, challenging, and rewarding work environment. Peachford Hospital has a 50+ year tradition of providing behavioral health and addictive disease treatment, offering inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. The new residence aims to enhance outpatient services for those seeking addictive disease and behavioral health support.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Previous experience working with addictive disease and/or behavioral health patients in an inpatient, outpatient, group-home or half-way house setting.
- A valid Georgia driver’s license with a clear driving record.
Nice To Haves
- A bachelor’s degree in a social services field is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular safety checks on patients.
- Perform ground and room safety checks throughout shift.
- Process new intakes and discharging patients.
- Transport and monitor patients to hospital programs and appointments.
- Organize and administer protocols regarding patient participation in activities of daily living and administer UDS.
