About The Position
We’re looking for a licensed, residential Real Estate Broker to support our growth. This 1099 leadership opportunity is ideal for a broker who enjoys recruiting agents, mentoring, and staying active in production. Crown Homes Real Estate is a fast-growing, agent-focused brokerage built around systems, support, and consistent lead flow. We provide our agents with the tools, technology, and structure they need to build predictable, scalable businesses.
Requirements
- Licensed, residential Real Estate Broker

Responsibilities
- Support agent success and day-to-day business growth
- Review contracts, listings, and brokerage documents
- Ensure compliance and continuing education standards
- Handle escalated agent and transaction issues
- Actively sell real estate (Highly encouraged!)
