About The Position

Brady Sullivan Properties is seeking an experienced, full-time Residential Property Manager for a property in Hooksett, New Hampshire. The role oversees the property’s day-to-day operations and financial performance while working toward company goals for occupancy, resident satisfaction, and overall property performance. The Property Manager manages marketing, leasing, maintenance, rent collections, reporting, compliance, and resident service, and assists with capital improvement projects.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of on-site residential property management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Trustworthy and dependable; a criminal background check will be conducted.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all day-to-day property operations, including marketing, leasing, and maintenance.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Generate and manage leasing traffic, conduct apartment tours, lease apartments, answer phones, and qualify prospective residents.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork and procedures.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract new residents and retain current residents.
• Oversee rent collections and assist with capital improvement projects.
• Complete required reporting and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain a high level of resident service while ensuring the property operates efficiently and effectively.
