CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Manhattan Beach, CA to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around. Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections. Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection. Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application. Use a camera pole for roof photos. Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections. Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.

- Must be able to use a mobile web application for photos and questions
