About The Position

Inspectors will travel to residential homes to conduct exterior property inspections, take photos, collect data, and upload findings using a smartphone or tablet. The position requires providing high-quality, professional service with accuracy, on-time delivery, and exceptional communication. Requirements

• Operate as a 1099 Independent Contractor
• Ability to work flexible hours during daylight, Monday through Saturday
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Possess a recent smartphone or tablet capable of taking and storing hundreds of photos
• Have computer access with Wi-Fi for uploading data
• Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid Driver’s License for travel to residential properties within your area
• Strong and persistent communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
