About The Position

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Fallon, NV to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around. This role involves traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections, having brief, professional conversations with homeowners, taking app-guided photos, and answering property questions through a mobile web application. You will use a camera pole for roof photos and schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections. The goal is to deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.

Must be able to use a camera pole for roof photos
