About The Position
CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Arlington, TX to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role where you can set your own hours, build your own route, and utilize your own associates if you have them. You will get paid per inspection.
Requirements
- Must be a business owner/independent contractor

- Access to a camera pole

Responsibilities
- Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
- Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
- Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
- Use a camera pole for roof photos
- Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
- Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
