CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Spanish Fork, UT to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around. This role involves traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections, having brief professional conversations with homeowners, taking app-guided photos, answering property questions through a mobile web application, and using a camera pole for roof photos. You will also schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections and deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.

Requirements

Must have own vehicle
Must have own smartphone with data plan
Must have own camera pole for roof photos
Must be able to use a mobile web application
Must be able to set own hours and build own route
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to travel to properties
