Residential High Value Property Inspector - Porterville, CA
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Porterville, California, to complete residential property inspections. This 1099 independent contractor role is not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies simultaneously, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. Inspectors travel to properties to complete accepted exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections. Work includes explaining inspections to homeowners, capturing required photos and data through a mobile web application, using a camera pole for roof photos when applicable, and scheduling appointments for interior or high-value inspections. Payment is per completed inspection, paid monthly. The posting estimates two working days per week, or eight days per month. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays; contractors choose which days and how many jobs to accept.
