About The Position

CIS Group is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as 1099 Property Insurance Inspectors. This will primarily be a Full Time “on-the-road” position. Expect to make travel runs south from Los Angeles 50-75% of the time. You’ll receive your work list 3-5 days before deployment, and inspections can be grouped together to minimize driving. Inspections generally pay about $12-$20 each depending on the cost of the trip and density of inspections. Mileage and drivetime are factored into the fees. Once you’ve established a routine and are running at capacity, you can expect to be earning around $5,000 per month. Travel to residential homes to complete exterior (interior photos here and there) property inspections. Take photos and upload via our web application. Requirements

1099 Independent Contractors
Flexible Hours – Work during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday
Comfortable Working Outdoors – This role requires you to work in various weather conditions
Tech-Savvy – A recent smartphone or tablet
Reliable Vehicle & Driver’s License – Travel to residential properties within your area
Strong Communication Skills – You’re a professional and a persistent communicator. You’re not someone who just disappears when things get tough
Microsoft Excel Familiarity – Basic computer skills are necessary for managing your inspections
