About The Position

CIS Group is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as 1099 Property Insurance Inspectors. This position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing independent contractors to work flexible hours and take on a variety of inspections. The role involves traveling within a radius of Alamosa to complete residential property inspections, primarily exterior with occasional interior photos, using a proprietary web app. High-quality, professional service with accuracy and on-time delivery is expected, along with strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 1099 Independent Contractors
• Flexible Hours – Work during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday.
• Comfortable Working Outdoors – This role requires you to work in various weather conditions.
• Tech-Savvy – A recent smartphone, a good understanding of its systems, and the know-how to troubleshoot issues.
• Reliable Vehicle & Driver's License – Travel to residential properties within your territory.
• Strong Communication Skills – You're a professional and a persistent communicator. You're not someone who just disappears when things get tough.
• Microsoft Excel Familiarity – Basic computer skills are necessary for managing your inspections.
