About The Position
CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Rocky Mount, NC to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around. The role involves traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections, having brief professional conversations with homeowners, taking app-guided photos, answering property questions through a mobile web application, using a camera pole for roof photos, scheduling appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections, and delivering accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.
Requirements
