About The Position

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and handy individual (or couple) to care for a charming 10 bedroom 11 bathroom residential house in the Cold Lake area. This unique opportunity offers the chance to live rent-free in a beautiful home. Our customer target is directed towards businesses with a focus on mid-long-term arrangements for their employees. Requirements

A mature individual or couple comfortable with minor home maintenance and property management
Must have some basic plumbing, heating, electrical skills
A sociable person or couple who enjoys interacting with guests and making them feel at home
Someone with a passion for hospitality

Responsibilities

Manage social media and online presence, assist ownership with maximizing revenue potential, assist in invoice preparation and process payments
Perform general upkeep tasks such as minor maintenance repairs, painting, basic landscaping, cleaning and ensuring the property remains in top condition, coordinating with subcontractors to perform major repairs as required
Welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide local recommendations to enhance their stay
Ensure rooms and common areas are clean and well-stocked, and manage inventories of required supplies
Address any concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues quickly
