About The Position

ResiPro is seeking a high-energy, field-centric Project Manager. This role is built for a professional who excels at both the front-end technical inspection of a home and the back-end execution of project management for residential renovations. You will be the face of ResiPro in the field, ensuring every home is scoped accurately and each home's rehab is delivered to our rigorous quality standards.

Requirements

2–6 years of experience in residential construction management, home inspections, or high-volume scattered-site rehabs.
Strong "Multi-Trade" Knowledge: You understand how a change in one area impacts another.
Solid understanding of local building codes and common inspection requirements.
Excellent communication skills for managing local subcontractor relationships and working with the ResiPro team.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for daily travel in the Georgia market.

Nice To Haves

Field-First Mindset: You thrive being on-site rather than behind a desk. You are a self-starter who manages your own schedule across the market to keep projects moving.
Detail & Process Oriented: You have a "keen eye" for identifying defects or safety concerns early and possess an organized approach to driving multiple projects to completion.
"Player-Coach" Approach: You don't mind getting your hands dirty when necessary. Whether it’s helping a vendor understand a specific installation requirement or jumping in to touch up paint or spread mulch to cross the finish line, you do what it takes to get the job done right.
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using mobile apps, inspection technology, and cloud-based project management software to document work and communicate in real-time
