A&E + SMA Design is seeking a passionate Residential Project Architect to join their growing multi-disciplinary team. Requirements

Master’s Degree in Architecture
A minimum of 2 years’ experience
Emphasis or specialty in high-end residential design
Proficiency in Revit is required
Strong proficiency in other 3D rendering tools, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate within a creative team environment
Passion for design and architecture, possessing energy, talent, and an appreciation for timeless beauty and effortless function
Work effectively within a collaborative team environment and multi-disciplinary design teams
Complex problem-solving and critical thinking abilities are essential
Must be located in Kalispell, Missoula, or Bozeman
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, or possess a work visa to legally work in the U.S.

Architectural licensure preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of high-end residential projects, from concept sketches to construction.
Translate client vision into innovative, functional, and beautiful design solutions.
Oversee communication and coordination with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
Research and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Manage and produce presentation materials for client and agency meetings.
Document and distribute meeting minutes while tracking project budgets, schedules, and workflow.
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
Attend job site meetings, issue supplemental instructions, and respond to RFI's during the Construction Administration phase.
Use Revit and rendering tools to produce accurate and compelling drawings and visuals.
