Requirements

• A minimum of one year experience working with adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments, LifePath policies and procedures, and perform job safely

Nice To Haves

• One year supervisory experience preferred
• Valid Driver's license with 3-year clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Overall management of a residential group home
• Supervising direct care staff
• Interviewing, scheduling, training, and disciplining staff
• Conducting monthly staff meetings
• Managing payroll and petty cash
• Preparing monthly and annual reports
• Daily documentation
• Conducting monthly fire drills
• Planning and facilitating community outings
• Scheduling and attending doctors’ appointments with residents
• Providing direct care
• Following and overseeing implementation of behavior plans, protocols, and care plans
