About The Position
Intercept Health is seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee all staff and direct care issues and services. This role ensures effective leadership-based management of the program, with an emphasis on high-quality care delivered in a cost-effective manner. Intercept Health is a family-owned agency with a long history of providing services to youth and families throughout Virginia, evolving through collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services with at least one year experience working with adults with substance use disorders
- Associate's Degree and at least two years' experience working with adults with substance use disorders
- High School Diploma or G.E.D and holds a CSAC-A from the Virginia Board of Counseling, or who qualifies for certification, with at least one year of experience working with adults with substance use disorders
- Certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist for the State of Virginia or working towards obtaining Certification and maintain the requirements of a Peer Recovery Specialist per those guidelines, with at least one year of experience working with adults with substance use disorders
