What You'll Do Provide exceptional care to residents and their families, ensuring each individual's physical, emotional, and social needs are not only met but exceeded. Foster a home environment that prioritizes dignity, independence, and community engagement. Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support each person's overall health and well-being. Lead, coach, and mentor Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with compassion, integrity, and accountability. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring homes are safe, welcoming, and nurturing. Uphold compliance with all state regulations and oversight agencies, while continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve. Manage budgets and resident finances responsibly, balancing care excellence with stewardship. What You Will Bring Passion for serving others, guided by integrity, empathy, and a commitment to excellence. Experience in residential care, social services, or human services (IDD experience strongly preferred). Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop staff. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to immerse yourself in a collaborative team environment. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Knowledge of state residential care regulations and oversight agency standards, or willingness to learn. ARF or RCFE Administrator certification, or the ability to obtain within 6 months. Requirements
