This includes developing and implementing programs that meet clients' needs, overseeing the placement and progress of each youth, evaluating program effectiveness, and maintaining regulatory and accreditation standards. How This Position Contributes to our Mission Supervise, mentor, train, and develop the departmental staff, including Youth Support Specialists and Assistant Program Managers Responsible for scheduling, adequate staffing, time card review, overtime approval and employee evaluations. Participate in treatment planning to ensure appropriate services are available to address the emotional, behavioral, spiritual and physical needs of the client Maintain a structured program schedule for residents and team members that is consistent, trauma-informed, and holistic. Maintains Safe Crisis Management (SCM) certification and participates in SCM intervention with clients as needed. Provide on-call emergency support
