About The Position

Coordinate, manage and monitor all facets of the home including the scheduling of staff. From scheduling home maintenance to providing leadership and direction to all employees. This is a 40-hour week and has a flexible schedule for any hours of the day. The Residential Program operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This position requires you to be on call. This is a benefited position.

Requirements

• 5 years’ direct care experience
• 2-year supervisory experience
• Standard driver’s license with an excellent driving record
• Must pass a drug screening
• Must pass a background check
• Ability to pass a DOT Physical
