About The Position
Become a Residence Pro and join our national network of experienced Inspection Pros to support residential property inspections, condition reviews, photo documentation, and field reporting. This is a great opportunity for handymen, construction superintendents, general contractors, property maintenance professionals, home inspectors, punch-list specialists, or anyone who has spent time working inside residential properties and understands how to identify, document, and communicate property conditions. As an independent contractor, you choose the jobs that fit your schedule and your market. Work as much or as little as you want based on available opportunities in your area.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of residential homes and common property conditions
- Ability to identify and document visible repair, maintenance, or quality issues
- Experience working in or around residential properties
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with camera and internet access
- Ability to follow detailed scope instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to submit clear photos and accurate field notes
- Basic understanding of property safety, access, and professionalism

Responsibilities
- Complete property visits, capture required photos, answer condition questions, document visible issues, and submit reports through our system.
- Complete residential non-licensed property inspections.
- Conduct exterior and interior property condition inspections.
- Provide photo documentation of property condition.
- Support move-in or move-out inspections.
- Perform occupancy or property status checks.
- Take repair verification photos.
- Conduct quality control follow-up visits.
- Perform roof, exterior, yard, and general property observations.
- Document visible damage, safety concerns, or maintenance needs.
- Perform basic functionality checks when included in the inspection scope.
- Submit clear, accurate reports through the portal or app.
