About The Position

The Residential Plumbing Service Technician will diagnose and repair or replace plumbing issues in residential settings. This includes a wide range of problems such as faucet leaks, drain clogs, water spots in ceilings, unknown smells, unknown water leaks, and issues with conventional or tank-less water heaters. The technician will also be responsible for operating various types and sizes of drain machines to clear blockages. This role involves working both inside and outside customer homes and requires direct communication with customers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate preferred
3-5 years of experience preferred in a combination of plumbing install and/or service
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Knowledge of tank-less water heaters is a plus
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
At the time of hire, employees will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

Diagnose residential plumbing issues including faucets, drain clogs, conventional and tank-less water heaters.
Perform repairs and replacements for all plumbing components within a residence.
Operate various types and sizes of drain machines to clean and clear drain stoppages.
Communicate directly with customers regarding plumbing issues and solutions.
