Requirements

  • Experience in residential plumbing sales or in-home service sales preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
  • Ability to explain solutions in a clear, customer-friendly way
  • Organized, professional, and dependable
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Military experience welcomed and encouraged

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to evaluate residential plumbing needs
  • Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally
  • Build trust with customers through education and solution-based recommendations
  • Create accurate estimates and close sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with plumbing technicians and installation teams
  • Maintain strong communication with dispatch and management
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
  • Participate in ongoing sales and technical training
