Requirements

Ability to install, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems, including water, sewer, and drainage
Experience installing water heaters (including tankless), re-pipes, and water filtration systems
Ability to follow job layouts, ensuring proper pipe alignment and pitch
Skilled in assembling fittings, valves, and piping systems, with ability to modify as needed
Ability to dig and prepare trenches and safely work around existing underground utilities
Experience operating company vehicles and light equipment (trucks, loaders, mini-x, etc.)
Test completed work to ensure proper function and compliance with local plumbing codes
Independent, efficient, and committed to completing jobs correctly the first time
Ability to follow written and verbal directions from leadership
Strong customer service and communication skills with customers and team members
Maintain proper stock, tools, and safety equipment in company vehicle
Keep job sites, vehicles, and work areas clean and organized
Strong attention to detail with ability to document work performed
All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening, must possess a valid driver’s license, and must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment.
