Requirements

5+ years of residential plumbing experience with strong technical abilities
Residential sales or customer-facing experience within the plumbing or home services industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, materials, and applicable local codes
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Customer-first mindset with the ability to clearly explain technical information and recommendations

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by providing tailored plumbing solutions and professional recommendations
Conduct in-home assessments, explain service options, generate estimates, and effectively close sales opportunities
Evaluate plumbing systems and develop project estimates based on job specifications, customer needs, and local plumbing codes
Partner with installation and service teams to ensure accurate project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, proposals, and follow-up activities
Follow up on leads and referrals to contribute to departmental growth
Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, communication, and customer service
