About The Position
Grogg’s is looking for a motivated Residential Plumbing Assistant to support our experienced plumbers in delivering top-quality service to homeowners. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, and build a long-term career in the plumbing trade.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Interest in plumbing or skilled trades
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assist lead plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential plumbing systems
- Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment for each job
- Help diagnose plumbing issues and support repairs
- Maintain clean and safe job sites before, during, and after service calls
- Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Learn and apply plumbing techniques and best practices
