What You'll Do As a Residential Service Plumber, you will serve as a trusted technical expert for our residential customers, delivering high-quality repairs, installations, and maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing service and repair experience (Journeyman license strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of residential plumbing systems, tools, diagnostics, and local codes.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing a 5-star customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform expert diagnostic, service, and repair work—including leak detection, drain clearing, fixture replacements, pipe repairs, and water heater servicing.
- Clearly communicate finding, options, and preventative maintenance tips to customers, helping them make confident decisions.
- Ensure all installations and repairs strictly follow local plumbing codes, safety guidelines, and company quality standards.
- Work independently out of a fully stocked company vehicle while delivering clean, efficient, and professional service.
