About The Position

We’re looking for a Residential Service Plumber who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys solving problems, and genuinely likes helping homeowners feel comfortable and confident in their homes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in residential plumbing service
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort communicating with customers and walking them through options
- Dependable, motivated, and proud of quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the role
Nice To Haves
- Plumbing license is a plus (where applicable), but not always required
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing issues, from leaks to clogs and everything in between
- Service, repair, and maintain home plumbing systems
- Install fixtures, water heaters, and plumbing upgrades
- Clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners in a friendly, professional way
- Provide top-tier customer service that leaves a lasting impression
- Keep your service vehicle, tools, and job paperwork clean and organized
