About The Position
Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing has been serving the Spokane metro area since 2000, providing top-notch service and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a Residential Plumber to join our team. This role involves providing residential plumbing repair services, including leak location, tankless and tank water heaters, water filtration, plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement. You will also have the opportunity to guide and train an apprentice.
Requirements
- Journeyman 01 or 02 or Masters Plumbing License in WA or ID
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to guide and train an apprentice
- Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
- Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
- Experience with residential plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
Responsibilities
- Provide residential plumbing repair services.
- Perform leak location.

- Install and service water filtration systems.
- Repair and replace all types of plumbing fixtures.
- Conduct drain cleaning and drain line replacement.
- Guide and train an apprentice.
- Use an iPad and Service Titan software.
- Diagnose and sell repairs to customers.
