About The Position
Raynor Doors of Lexington is a trusted provider of commercial and residential door solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality service to our customers. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The Residential Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and managing existing customer relationships in the residential market. This role focuses on educating homeowners about Raynor’s products and services, preparing accurate on time estimates, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to installation.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (residential, construction, building materials, or related industry preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to read and understand basic measurements, drawings, or specifications.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus).
