About The Position

Seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to work FT night shift at a residential adolescent group home program in Lawrenceville, GA. As an RN/LPN, you will provide direct care nursing and will also be responsible for administering medications, providing medical treatments, completing admissions, and actively engage with the youth served and their families/guardians. Requirements

  • Completion of accredited LPN OR RN program and current Georgia Nursing License required.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.
  • Overnight availability, 6:30p-7am, every other weekend (Sat/Sunday) availability and holidays required.
  • Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class located in Kennesaw, GA; hours are approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.
  • Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization. Devereux fosters a culture of reporting abuse, and will cooperate with the authorities to the fullest extent possible.

Nice To Haves

  • Six months to one (1) year of Nursing experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience in psychiatric nursing with children or adolescents is a plus.
