We seek an individual with a solid background in residential loan servicing, ideally with at least three years of hands-on experience. You must possess a deep understanding of mortgage servicing processes, including escrow administration, ARM analysis, payment processing, and IRS reporting. As a System Support team member at FICS, you will act as the go-to resource for our clients, troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and providing training on our software solutions. Your contributions are vital, as you will be helping clients navigate through the complexities of mortgage servicing software, enhancing their productivity and operational efficiency.
