About The Position

The Rocky’s Residents Residential Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring a safe, structured, and positive residential experience for high school participants in USF’s summer youth programs. This live-in position serves as the primary on-site authority during evening and overnight hours, overseeing residential staff and supporting the well-being of approximately 80–100 student participants. This role blends student support, operational coordination, and risk management, with a strong emphasis on safety, communication, and staff leadership.
