Village Behavioral Health (VBH) is a licensed behavioral health organization providing residential facilities and behavioral health crisis intervention services. We are dedicated to delivering high quality, person-centered, trauma-informed care to individuals with intellectual and development disabilities along with those experiencing behavioral health crises throughout Virginia. The ID/DD House Manager serves as the first-line supervisor responsible for the daily operations of the residential home - ensuring the health, safety, rights, and overall well-being of individuals receiving ID/DD Waiver services. The position also provides direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs); ensures service delivery in accordance with DBHDS licensing regulations, DMAS/DD Waiver requirements, and agency policies; and maintains full compliance with all documentation, staffing, and person-centered service standards. House Managers typically work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm and must be available on an on-call basis (including weekends and holidays) for house needs such as shift coverage, responding to escalated matters, etc.
