River Edge offers outpatient services at our Emery Highway-Macon, Monroe County and Baldwin County locations. Outpatient services include behavioral health, nursing, and psychiatric assessment, stabilization and medication maintenance services as well as crisis intervention services as well as awareness, education and recovery groups. Registered Nurse (RN) IDD Program Company Overview: River Edge Behavioral Health is recognized for its state-of-the-art treatment and support services for more than 13,000 children, youth, families, and adults annually who experience mental illness, addiction, co-occurring disorders, and substance abuse problems. In addition, River Edge offers services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Position Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive nursing support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), ensuring high-quality, person-centered care that promotes health, safety, and independence. The RN supports clients across residential and/or community-based settings by coordinating medical care, monitoring health conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to meet individualized needs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, supporting direct care staff through training and guidance, and serving as a clinical resource for clients, families, and providers. Location/Schedule – 139 Woodfield Drive, Macon, GA. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
