About The Position

Custom Air & Plumbing is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Residential Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Residential Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the trusted expert homeowners rely on to keep their comfort systems running smoothly. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, provide solutions, and deliver the exceptional service experience that sets Custom Air & Plumbing apart.

Requirements

• Experience in residential HVAC, plumbing, or home service maintenance preferred
• Strong mechanical ability and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude with a “can-do” approach
• Ability to work independently while being part of a winning team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC and plumbing maintenance services with skill and professionalism
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems
• Complete tune-ups, safety checks, and preventative maintenance services
• Educate homeowners on system performance, comfort solutions, and recommended services
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and respect customers’ homes
• Provide friendly, reliable service while representing the Custom Air & Plumbing brand
• Document work performed and communicate findings clearly with customers and team members
