About The Position

Arbors Management is seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to handle hands-on repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance across 2 residential communities located in Delmont, PA. This is a Full-Time position, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotating on-call coverage.

Requirements

2–4 years of proven intermediate experience in residential or commercial building maintenance trades.
Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and laptops to navigate property management software for daily tasks.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.
Must pass standard background checks and drug screenings.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably in varying physical positions throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Perform intermediate repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and basic HVAC/appliance service.
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including painting, drywall repair, fixture updates, and mechanical checks.
Utilize a smartphone and laptop daily to manage, update, and close out maintenance work orders digitally.
Participate in a rotating schedule to provide coverage for off-hours, weekend, and holiday emergencies.
Keep properties clean, safe, and curb-appealing.
Perform basic seasonal upkeep, such as landscaping in the summer and snow clearing/salting in the winter.
